We’re eating at home a LOT more now. I feel like I’m always doing dishes in between Zoom meetings. Anyone else feel this way? Seriously, how does a family of 3 use 10 cups in one day?
I generally enjoy making scratch meals, but sometimes I want a healthy dinner without too much effort (and a million dishes). On a warm summer night, it’s nice to put something on the grill and spend time with my daughter instead of spending an hour in the kitchen.
I wanted to give a shoutout to @wahlburgers for these pre-made, super tasty, super easy turkey patties. At only 190 calories and 5g of fat, they are a delicious part of a healthy summer dinner.
The patties are seasoned perfectly and take about a half hour to cook on the grill. They are raw, which I prefer, so they don’t taste overcooked.
We served ours with 1/2 a slice of Swiss cheese, homemade guacamole, and grapes. You can find them in your grocery store freezer section.
BTW, do you make homemade guac? If not, give it a try! It’s not as complicated as it might seem. 🥑
I make mine with 2 smashed avocados, a handful of fresh chopped cilantro, sea salt, black olives, onions and tomato.
Hope everyone has a happy Monday!
