In the Know: July 19th

Happy Monday! It’s time to get back into the swing of things. Daisy is almost 4 weeks old (how?) and we’re doing well establishing new routines as a family. This weekend was great because I started a very light fitness plan on Saturday – it was the first time I’d worked out in months (besides walking) and it felt great to move again.

Here are 3 things you should know about as we enter this new week.

The Impeccable Pig Boutique Activewear

I discovered this cute Texas-based boutique on Instagram. (I tried to look up the story behind this brand’s unique name, but wasn’t able to find any background story.)

They remind me of PinkLily and feature an extensive line of dresses, tops, accessories, activewear, denim, and shoes. You can shop one of their 17 stores or online.

I love their Feeling Good set in hot pink and the Keep it Moving set in lilac. You can save 10% when you sign up for their text alerts!

A New Test to Measure Creativity

There’s a new test to measure how creative you are – it’s called the Divergent Association Task (DAT). It doesn’t take very long to complete (about 5 minutes) and tests how you think and associate unrelated ideas.

It’s best if you take the test without knowing too much about it – so here’s the link!

Nightfood Sleep-Enhancing Ice Cream

Yep, it’s ice cream developed by sleep scientists! Nightfood contains several sleep-friendly vitamins (B6, calcium, magnesium) and is made with casein proteins and prebiotics.

Unlike regular ice cream that can keep you awake with its high sugar content, Nightfood has been formulated to satisfy your late-night cravings without disrupting your sleep patterns. It doesn’t contain any drugs or sleep aids.
